Short synopsis

Sagiron, Arhim and the pirates sails to Yonton City after Percilion's ship, but lose the battle and are forced aground. Along the way, a criminal mastermind captures Sagiron, yearning for the treasure and the Secret, but Sagiron escapes.

They set across the midlands pastures, meeting Yuliwin, who has committed the silver revolution in Seleria, claiming the seat of an emperor. Fighting their way to the west, they end up near Teleng, where the Hellornians are already, stopping their advance with leatherean riders who already know the Secret and wield power weapons.

To gather their forces for the final battle, they march to Blackwater, ending the siege, and proceed to Silvon.

Sagiron faces the same saginair on the broken bridge, taming the beast, naming her Yandariel and rides through the skies to the temple to aid his friends.

After the battle, Sagiron is crowned as King of Silvon, and they build a common Yonian Army, equipping and arming it using all means they have with limited resources, when news of a dragon in Teleng arrive. The Secret-Keepers receive new thunderblades made from lightningsteel.

Sagiron rides with Yandariel across the mountains to west, to meet with the other Secret-Keepers afar.

In Phanim, Ravin seeks his rebel friends, finding out it had been slain during his absence. He flees the city, flying to the Norths with her wildbird Winnitar, meeting up with an old ally, who promises nothing but agrees to take word to the Hall of the Norths.

Ravin flies back, only to end up captured and put to a gladiator arena to fight; but with the Secret, he thrives, planning a way out, and a new rebellion, making himself a valuable champion. Slavers purchase him, but the enemy finds out his true identity and imprisons him to the prison tower.

Wildbird Gliders come for his rescue, and he is taken to Phannatar, the infamous Crone of the Norths, who offers her help in exchange of the Secret, who she believes to be the source of eternal youth. Ravin refuses, fleeing back to Phanim, but she has already sent the armies of the Norths, taking over the city. He ends up as her captive as she tries to extract the Secret from him, and even has him give her a son.

He attempts escape during a thunderstorm, only ending up locked back in the tower; but his rebel allies rescue him, and they flee, leading all slaves they could out of Phanim, back to Yanakhon as agreed.

Back in Yanakhon, Sagiron reaches the northernmost city, where the Arkman fights, and Ravin's refugees comes. Using the Secret and the new power stones, they part the Strait of Arkane, allowing the refugees cross to Yanakhon. Phannatar attacks riding a wildbird, almost capturing one of the powerstones, but Ravin defeats her; Sagiron is wounded.

Patched up, Sagiron takes off for Ikharonia as the Arkman and Ravin lead their troops for the final battle to come.
